About

I’ve been a personal trainer for more than six years, but I haven’t always been in peak shape.

As a mum of three gorgeous little girls, I’ve been at all ends of the fitness spectrum. My journey has included recovery from two cesareans and a hernia repair – but with hard work, the right training and self-belief, I’m proud to say that I’m now the fittest I’ve ever been.

I’ve done it, and I know you can too.

At Combat Women, ladies of all ages and fitness levels feel supported as they train in one-on-one and group programs. No matter what your level of fitness is, I will empower you to take control of your health and wellbeing.

Tailored Training Programs

When it comes to your wellbeing, there isn’t a one-size-fits-all solution. That’s why I create tailored training programs, so that you can confidently work towards your goals. Choose from bootcamp, one-on-one personal training or small group classes.

Our bootcamp program builds confidence, and the support of a trainer and group of encouraging women keeps you motivated. Each week we hold three different sessions that range from circuits through to HIIT training. Track your progress with regular fitness testing and measurements, and continue your health journey outside of training with access to our VIP Facebook group.

One-on-one sessions are created around your specific goals and fitness needs. Whether you don’t yet have the confidence to train in a group or you need individual attention, I will tailor a training program to you. Fitness testing and measurements show you how far you’ve come, and access to the VIP Facebook group connects you with the Combat Women community.

Be motivated and inspired by fellow workout warriors of all fitness levels. Small group training really is the best of both worlds – you get the social fun of training in a group, while the limited class size of five women means I can still give you plenty of individual attention. You’ll also receive regular fitness testing and measurements, as well as access to the VIP Facebook group.

Maintain your health during and after pregnancy with specialised prenatal and postpartum programs. As a mum of three young children, I understand the journey you’re on – hormones, baby brain and all! Through one-on-one or small group training, I’ll support you during your pregnancy and when you’re ready to return to exercise after your baby’s arrival.
